The Bible teaches unconditional salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ and conditional security based on our choices. It is that simple. If you were not blind to God's truth and brain washed by bad theology you could see this clearly.
faithman, you are the one who brought salvation into this discussion by insisting you are saved. You have appealed to what you have done with your life until today; however, you are not omniscient and cannot tell me what you will be doing in 10 years.
Do you know who Jimmy Allen is? In case you do not he is a past President of the Southern Baptist Convention. He wrote a book titled "Burden of a Secret; A story of truth and mercy in the face of AIDS". In this book he recounts his families struggle after his youngest son's wife was infected with HIV after a blood transfusion and she infected their two children. His son Scott was an ordained Southern Baptist preacher who walked away from the Lord after his wife and two sons died from complications due to the virus. Scott was so angry with God he repudiated his faith and converted to Buddhism. Now the SBC teaches OSAS. Is Scott still saved? Who snatched Scott from Christ's hand? No one but Scott and he was not snatched he walked with his eyes wide open.
Benny Hinn was very orthodox in his teachings until avarice took control. Hinn is now a charlatan who teaches error and makes millions by deceiving others. Who snatched Hinn from the hand of Christ? No one but he made a choice that affects his eternal security.
