Science doesn't say that humans became humans trough evolution. It does say however that at this moment it seems the best solution based on the known facts.
The best solution will change when we know more.
I fully understand that science and religion are different.
If science does not say that humans became humans through evolution what does it say? As to known facts, we know from the fossil record that dinosaurs existed, and other interesting information but there are no known facts to establish evolution as the primary way animals became what they are today. You have a lot of assumptions (conclusions) based on what some people want to believe based on assumptions. Nebraska Man is a prime example. The tooth of a pig was asserted to be the tooth of a humanoid, a pig that is still part of the fauna of South America.
As to the Bible being nothing more than a collection of myths you really need to do some research. Archeology is establishing the authenticity of many Biblical accounts discounted in the past as nothing more than fairy tails.
