The verses were from the Quran, a purely Arabic book.
Therefore it uses the word "Allah"
Allah made a covenant with Israel.
Israel people, Jews, mostly speaks Hebrew.
When Allah made a covenant with Jews, it is thus understood that the language in which Jews spoke during that covenant made was Hebrew.
And thus, "Allah" an arabic word, would therefore have not been used in the Jewish book, which uses Hebrew language.
The word "God" would then have been translated as Hebrew instead of Arabic during that time of the covenant in the Hebrew language book.
(God is all-knowing, thus, he knows all languages, and understand each and everyone of them)
Since you took the verses from an Arabic book, it is therefore translated into Arabic. The meaning is still the same.
You can't expect an english book using chinese words right?
