For His Harvest,

Your statment implies that some of the Hindu sacred texts may say some absurd thing implying that it is somehow less valid in relation to the bible which is often touted as the word of God. The bible is full of equally absurd ideas.
Exodus 28
34 The gold bells and the pomegranates are to alternate around the hem of the robe. 35 Aaron must wear it when he ministers. The sound of the bells will be heard when he enters the Holy Place before the LORD and when he comes out, so that he will not die.
Leviticus 11
20 " 'All flying insects that walk on all fours are to be detestable to you. 21 There are, however, some winged creatures that walk on all fours that you may eat: those that have jointed legs for hopping on the ground.
Leviticus 14
49 To purify the house he is to take two birds and some cedar wood, scarlet yarn and hyssop. 50 He shall kill one of the birds over fresh water in a clay pot. 51 Then he is to take the cedar wood, the hyssop, the scarlet yarn and the live bird, dip them into the blood of the dead bird and the fresh water, and sprinkle the house seven times. 52 He shall purify the house with the bird's blood, the fresh water, the live bird, the cedar wood, the hyssop and the scarlet yarn. 53 Then he is to release the live bird in the open fields outside the town. In this way he will make atonement for the house, and it will be clean."
So, you must wear bells before entering a holy place or die, there are "flying things" that walk on all fours and you can cure leprosy with 2 birds?
There are more if you would like. The Bible also infers that the Earth is flat in 2 places by the way...
