Christian/Muslim ThreadsWhy wont Muhammed come back at Judgement?First of all I would need evidence to know that these laws were in fact revealed by God. But unless I was living at the time of Moses… To every People have We appointed rites and ceremonies which they must follow: let them not then dispute with thee on the matter, but do thou invite (them) to thy Lord: for thou art assuredly on the Right Way. (Qur'an 22:67) Not really, but I do know my way around a few entertainment systems. Yes of course. The merit of memorizing the entire QUr'an is immense, but before you are designated as a memorizer, you are tested immensely. I believe that one with a good relationship with God will have a good relationship with people, yet the opposite is not true. Every religion in the world tells you to "be good to people" so most cover this relationship, but not all cover the critical relationship between you and God. What good is it if a religion tells you to "be good to everyone, and pray to that rock"? You do good to people and yet you reject God. God's creation don't eve need you to be good to them because they have God as their protector, you are in fact LUCKY that God allows you to do good through them. I believe there is a minimum amount of praying you need to do each day, That's the command of your Lord. The more you love God, though, the more you are drawn to praying. But that's what happens when you tell people "do whatever you think is right". You know what though? Feeding starving children is EVERYONE'S responsibility, not just a few people who have to not get married to do it. Also, whether or not men and women have sex drive, they should still get married to they can be in a lawful relationship and have kids and teach them religion. The best way to learn religion is in a good family. I don't believe you are allowed to NOT do something pleasing to God in order to do something pleasing to God, and you should always start with the things that are easiest and most able to do. Getting married is a priority you should have before ending world hunger. I think it is exceptional, but I also know that being married WAS lawful for him, and who knows what his intention was before the tumultuous events surrounding the crucifixion. I also believe that when Jesus (pbuh) returns, he will take a wife. Peace bro |
