Homosexual Discussion ForumHomosexuality and the Possibility of ChangeI am fully aware that not all gays want to change. I know that some gay couples are happy, however, I also know there are many gays who are miserable and feign a happiness that is not real, which is why statistically gays are more prone to depression, suicide, substance abuse, and have shorter lifespans than heterosexuals. The average gay relationship last less than 18 months. The average lifespan of gay men is 45 years compared to 77 years for a heterosexual male. Is it difficult to change? That depends on the individual and why they choose to change. I have seen men and women change their orientation in less than a year; although this is unusual it can be done. |
