This is a very long post so I really just read the top.
I am a muslim.
That is a beautiful verse that you have posted at the begining of your post. The word Allah however should be replaced by God. After all it is a translation into English.
The word Allah has no special significance. It is the Arabic word for God, with a "G".
Say "O people of the Book! Let us come to an agreement between us: that we worship none but God; that we associate no partners with Him; nor we erect any human beings as lords from among ourselves" If they then turn away say: "Bear witness that we are submitters (to God.)
See the difference.
Using Allah when speaking any other language but Arabic implies prejiduce even if as I am sure you do not mean it that way. To a non-Arab it sounds like you want him to come to your God. God does not belong exclusively to anyone to offer to anyone else.
17:110 Say, "Call Him Allah (God), or call Him Most Gracious; whichever name you use, to Him belongs the best names." You shall not utter your Contact Prayers (Salat) too loudly, nor secretly; use a moderate tone.
