Christian/Muslim ThreadsGod in Islam and in ChristianityBTW, begotten does not mean God gave birth to a SON, understand the nature of the Spirit my friend.
John 3:17 - For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. Came down John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Came down John 8:28 - Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. Came down Jesus using the words, taught, begotten, and sent differs then those which were spoken by the authors, Greek interpretationis just what it is, greek interpretation, however we must understand that the author is writing what JESUS Himself said! The words begotten, sent and taught is another way of saying that God was manifested in Jesus who came down from Heaven. Difference, Jesus spoke with the spirit and His teachings must be understood by the Spirit. Unlike the Quran which is to be understood not by the spirit but by simple men and women that lack spiritual understanding. God Bless! |
