Christian/Muslim ThreadsWhy wont Muhammed come back at Judgement? That's not what I said, I said that no new books should serve as theological references unless they were seen/written/authenticated by the Prophets. Also, you have to have ample proof that the transmission process had no way for corruption to seep in. Ok, and Ezra also authenticated Moses' Torah at one point, after the invasion of Nebuchadnezzar. This applies to Moses' Torah though, not other portions of today's Torah. Except that nobody can claim that the Torah as we see it today was ALL written by Moses (pbuh). If it was written by non-Prophets, showing how well it was preserved after the death of the Prophets is inconsequential. First of all, I'm surprised you can say that with such confidence when you aren't sure of the ages of the wives of the OT Prophets. Second of all, marrying someone once they have reached the age of majority is not a sin. It's only because you live in a society where it's illegal to marry someone unless they are a certain age that you think that way. But it is lawful to marry once someone is pubescent. Actually the stories mentioned correct details in the Jewish accounts. How can you say their apocrypha is false, when the Talmud which is their "Truth" contains things about Jesus which are CATEGORICALLY false and lies? EDIT: False, where? Peace bro |
