Christian/Muslim Threadsa must readPeace humble guest, I know this. This verifies what God told prophet Isaiah. Isaiah 6:9-10 9 He said, "Go and tell this people: " 'Be ever hearing, but never understanding; be ever seeing, but never perceiving.' 10 Make the heart of this people calloused; make their ears dull and close their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and turn and be healed." The test to see how much you truly believe in God is to understand the prophecies that many do not understand. You, friend, are no different than the Jews. If you were true believers, you would be Christian, as I see the prophecies and understand them. Heremiah 23:5-6 5 "The days are coming," declares the LORD , "when I will raise up to David [1] a righteous Branch, a King who will reign wisely and do what is just and right in the land. 6 In his days Judah will be saved and Israel will live in safety. This is the name by which he will be called: The LORD Our Righteousness. Psalm 110:1;5 1 The LORD says to my Lord: "Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet." 5 The Lord is at your right hand; he will crush kings on the day of his wrath. Indeed the Lord Jesus sit sat the right hand of the Father, He will come back to judge all of us. Again, one must look back to prophecy to verify that the Jesus of the Gospels is the real Jesus. Wisdom 2:12-21 12 Let us beset the just one, because he is obnoxious to us; he sets himself against our doings, Reproaches us for transgressions of the law and charges us with violations of our training. 13 He professes to have knowledge of God and styles himself a child of the LORD. 14 To us he is the censure of our thoughts; merely to see him is a hardship for us, 15 Because his life is not like other men's, and different are his ways. 16 He judges us debased; he holds aloof from our paths as from things impure. He calls blest the destiny of the just and boasts that God is his Father. 17 Let us see whether his words be true; let us find out what will happen to him. 18 For if the just one be the son of God, he will defend him and deliver him from the hand of his foes. 19 With revilement and torture let us put him to the test that we may have proof of his gentleness and try his patience. 20 Let us condemn him to a shameful death; for according to his own words, God will take care of him." 21 These were their thoughts, but they erred; for their wickedness blinded them, This prophecy in Wisdom recored the exact thoughts of the Pharisees and Saducees that condemned Jesus Christ. Notice how the just one is the Son of God and boasts that God is his Father. Again, Moses wrote some laws himself that were not revealed by God. For example, God never speaks a single word about divorce in the Torah. Only Moses himself gave teachings about divorce, and Jesus tells us why. Matthew 19:1-9 1When Jesus had finished saying these things, he left Galilee and went into the region of Judea to the other side of the Jordan. 2Large crowds followed him, and he healed them there. 3Some Pharisees came to him to test him. They asked, "Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any and every reason?" 4"Haven't you read," he replied, "that at the beginning the Creator 'made them male and female,' 5and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh'[2] ? 6So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate." 7"Why then," they asked, "did Moses command that a man give his wife a certificate of divorce and send her away?" 8Jesus replied, "Moses permitted you to divorce your wives because your hearts were hard. But it was not this way from the beginning. I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, and marries another woman commits adultery." You see, humble, that Jesus reiterated the ancient law from Genesis that was forgotten. Jesus corrected the Law. What Moses taught was not the way since the beggining. The laws of divorce by the Quran and Muhammed are simply not from God. They are added human teachings. I am only accepting what God has said, and not accepting what is not from God. I'm sure he didn't, but He told us it is things that come from us that make us unclean, not what enters us. As I have shown you above, the Quran reiterates laws that WERE NOT FROM GOD, ergo the Quran is not from God. Jesus already corrected and purified the Law of God from all human influence. Loving the essence of disbelief is different that loving the misguided person as a human being. Loving evil is wrong, but loving and praying for the evil person is different. Loving means to foster the good in others. Since we are creations of the Most High, we are never void of goodness. The Pact of Omar was designed to stifle the growth of existing religions, making people who practice other faiths at a disadvantage in the Islamic society and ultimately putting pessure on them to become Muslim. The Pact of Imar laws are oppressive and unkind, certainly devoid of love. Also, why exactly would Muhammed incite his followers to fight Persia and Byzantium if they were even interested in Islam? Is that a good role madel for you? A man that kills people and desired to subdue powerful nations. No since I believe in the Judeo-Christian belief that we are created in the divine image of God, so our essence was created by God. Our essence is either insync with God or corrupted by Satan or misguided by Satan. I hate the soul-corruption and misguifdance induced by Satan, thus hating Satan and his evil influence. You must understand that God does not command His creation to do things for the sake of it. All that God commands has a special purpose. According to the Life of Adam and Eve the Lord GOD commanded the angels to bow to Adam because Adam was created in His divine image. That is the reason, but whether or not this ever happened is something else. It's like the king that commands his people to kiss a great monument to himself. Adam was a great monument to God that He wanted his creation to acknowledge and bow to. (that is if this ever did happen) Yeah, they didn't like Jesus so they had him crucified...and don't think they didn't check to make sure they did crucify Jesus! Actually no Jews recognzied the priest-scribe Ezra as a son of God, you can keep telling yourself otherwise but that won't make it true. And connotation has EVERYTHING to do with this. A son of God as in a famous priest that was verly holy like a saintr, which is probably the way Jews acknowledged Ezra, is radically different that the Christians acknowleding Jesus is the Son of God, the One that proceeded from the Father. Also humble, according to II Esdras, a Jewish apocryphal writing, Ezra himself sees the Son of God!!! Jews believed that the Messiah was the Son of God like the Christians!!! This Surah can't be correct. Or maybe the beliefs of the Jews was verified by the Christians, rather than the whole thing being a big corruption. I don't believe these hateful ramblings came from God. God would have said "I, the Lord, am greatly displeased with these unbelievers" God doesn't start cussing off people in such a rude manner. For you to attribute such smut to God is utter blaspheme. |
