ArchivedWill all Christians go to hell, is it their fault?!peace on this Easter weekend Unite Unite, even if missionaries wanted to stop the atrocities they don't have the numbers or the political power to do it. What they try and do, is go in and try and help before and after, and stay around, not involving themselves in politics, but in being their for the people. For the majority, missionary work does not start when conflict begins. Most organisations have a humanitarian work in those countries long before conflict breaks out. When others leave, those organisations stay. Again, you have to understand that most western countries are not christian countries. Christians do try and make a stance for truth in their countries, but it's not always possible anymore, and Christians face persecution even within their own cultures for standing up for truth. Please, instead of pointing the finger at those who would attack, look at how much humanitarian aid is flowing into countries by Christian organisations that are truly reaching out in the name of the Lord. Compare that to how much humanitarian aid is being given even by other Muslim countries. I think you will see, the true church is no respector of persons and puts all their resources into bringing hope to the hopeless of the world, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Sorry it took a couple of days to return. I missed your replies to be honest and just discovered them God bless Carol |
