ArchivedCan a christian lose his salvationI think it is pretty obvious that I meant those who "are not able" to by saying "those who do not have the oppurtunity." Take for example the thief on the cross (and I know you've heard this one before). He was not baptized pysically, because he was not in the position to be baptized physically. However, he was baptized spiritually and did acknowledge Christ as His Saviour and was saved for that reason. This does not take away from the fact that a Christian should be baptized though, because it is a commandment of our Lord. And if you love the Lord, you do as He says (to the best of your ability--no one is perfect). Show me where I said this? Again, you are misunderstanding. If you are able to do those things, then do them. But if you are not able to do those things, as long as you put your faith in Christ, you will be saved. |
