Just to give some quick background, I am a Muslim living in North America (I grew up here, so I'm not fresh of the Boat [FOB]). I know the basics of Islam and, growing up in a western society, I know the basics of Christianity.
I've committed a lot of sins, so, I'm definitely not the poster child for Islam. But I do hold a few things about Islam very true to my heart.
1. I believe that there is no other god, other than Allah. And I believe that Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad (pbu them) are the prophets of Allah.
2. I believe in Judgement day, life after death (Heaven and Hell). Sinners will be punished and people who done good deeds will be rewarded.
3. I DO NOT believe in Trinity (Father, Son and the Holy Spirit)
4. I DO NOT believe Jesus is the son of god.
5. I DO NOT believe Jesus was caught, tortured or crucified. Although, after watching "Passion of the Christ" I feel so, sorry for whoever got crucified.
So this is what I believe and do not believe. My question (to anybody who can answer it):
Christians do NOT believe in any of the above mentioned items. And this is considered blaspheme. Does that mean they [Christians] will automatically be punished? Is this really fair? This is what they [Christians] believe, even though it’s wrong. They believe in their hearts, they are doing the right thing.
