Actually, He doesn't. He just zaps away fables which claim to be science (i.e. macroevolution). But that's beside the point. There is plenty of established science in the Holy Bible (available upon request). But God is allowed to break the laws of established science whenever He feels like it. I'm sure you've heard of "miracles."
