"Civil unions violate the spirit of christianity?"
"Civil unions violate the spirit of christianity?"
what is that supposed to mean? that following the law is agaisnt christianity?
a civil union is in essence the same thign as a buissness deal, the only difference between a civil union and an acting conract is the terms and conditions. both of them are purly civil and have no religious implications. as much as you would like, america is not a theocracy adn church and state are still seperate.
if you want to get married under god, go ahead and do so, in a church. god has no place running our government.
well, he does, if he got ellected president
