Huh? Evoluion is change over time. That's it. I guess if you look at the time involved, you could indeed say we involved from different species. But that species no longer exists as it did then. If you are saying that we did not evolve from trout, I would most definitly agree with you. Heck, we didn't even evolve from chimpanzees. However, I have always found it amazing that some people will completely ignore physical evidence that might be counter to ones personal beliefs.
To compare the evolution of a living organism to a similarity of planets is comparable to squirrels and chipmunks may have a common ancestry, but cars are big. It makes no sense.
I do not know if neanderthals existed or not. For example, in the story of David and Goliath, Goliath is claimed to be a giant. And when the Hebrews were to enter into the promise land, there were giants in the land. Now, today we do not see such giants as there were in those days. But the fact that they were giants did not mean they weren't human beings. Some people are just shaped differently than others. And the skulls we see in the museums were put together from different pieces found in excavations. Evolving from different species is just a theory/made up story. If the evidence that it has is true, it will no longer be called a theory, but an absolute truth. I took a course on evolution last semester and in the textbook I used, it said the evidence for humans evolving from other species is scarce.
