"The thoughts and intents of your heart is the same as the sin!
You are making the same mistake as the Pharisee's!"
I agree, the thoughts and intentions of your heart are regarded by God in exactly the same way as if you had gone out and committed the actual sin. However, you are incorrect in your assertion that I am making the same mistake as the Pharisees. This is because it is not sinful to have sinful thoughts (especially since Jesus also had sinful thoughts, but yet was without sin - Heb.4:15). It only becomes sinful if you do not "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2Cor.10:5) but rather dwell on it so that "it gives birth to sin and sin, when it is fully grown, gives birth to death." (Jas.1:15).
Therefore, as I said before, to consign someone to the everlasting Lake of Fire solely because of the nature of the sinful thoughts they have is totally unjustified scripturally (especially since Jesus also had them) and therefore nothing more than an expression of bigotry rather than the love and truth of God.
"BTW Homosexuality is mentioned by the wording "works of the flesh are manifest" and "uncleanness". Both describes it to a tee!"
Actually, as I said before, it is not mentioned, but you could argue that it is infered.
"You shall know the spirit by the fruit of it! You are the one calling people names! Find where I called them faggot or fag? Rarely do I even use the word gay. I don't call them names. But you as a so called Christian are calling your brother a bigot? Would seem I have more respect and love in my heart for them then you do for your own brother.
The homosexual who decides to remain celibate will burst the Gates of Hell wide open unless he is saved! And if he is saved then he will NOT be a homosexual living in the lifestyle or a Homosexual remaining celibate! He is a new Creature!"
With respect, that is untrue and unfair. I have never referred to you as a bigot. I have simply stated that to consign someone to the everlasting Lake of Fire solely because of their sexual orientation (especially if they are celibate - mentally as well as physically) is totally unjustifiable scripturally and therefore is an expression of bigotry which from God's perspective is just as sinful as homosexuality, since, as Christians, we are commanded to love our neighbours and our enemies regardless of their sexual orientation. Such attitudes really do nothing to endear Christ and the gospel to the homosexual community (Rom.2:24).
I have shown that some of your assumptions and assertions are bigoted rather than scriptural but that is not the same as saying that you are a bigot.
As for your last paragraph, your first sentence makes no sense whatsoever, and, with respect, the remainder shows that you have no concept of what it is like to be a homosexual.
There are many righteous Christian homosexuals throughout the world who have truely repented of their former lifestyle and seek on a moment by moment basis to "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2Cor.10:5) regarding their sexual orientation. This is because God in his infinite wisdom has chosen not to deliver them of their homosexual orientation but to use it as a means of grace in order to keep the person humble, just like Paul and his mysterious "thorn in the flesh" (2Cor.12:7-10) As the old adage says "Troubles and adversities are often tools with which God fashions us for greater things." (Rom.8:28).
However, I do acknowledge that in some cases God does apparently deliver some former homosexuals to the degree that even their sexual orientation is changed, in some cases gradually over a period of time, in others apparently instantaneously. But ours is not to question the inscrutable wisdom of God...for the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away; blessed be the name of the Lord.
Yours, in His service,
