Must mention, why did Jesus speak in parables?
Answer:And Jesus said:and the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them
And it is written:These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father. At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you: For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God. I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father. His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb. Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God. John 16:25-30
That thou knowest all things???
Do you understand now rejectnotfaith, or is this all strange and mysterious to you?
The mystery of God! which many fail to comprehend unless one goes through the Son. No man has seen God at any time, not even Moses. What moses saw was what is called{Theophany}. How can one get to know A being who is not seen besides the prophets who dimly revealed God.
It is written: To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:Galatians 1:16
It is also written: Luke 10:22 All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.
Your mother knows you even when you are not seen, how is it she knows you by your words that you speak and not by sight. The same with God, He is revealed unto us by His WORDS, AND THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH!
God Bless!
