Hi Jovaro
Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
While what you suggest may sound good to some ears, what would be the end of the matter?
I will paint a word picture for you. One day my eyes were opened and I saw America, not from a patriotic standpoint, but from the perspective of an onlooker, watching from far away, even God’s viewpoint.
Here is a bit of U.S. history that is not found in the high school textbooks. Due to the ease of access to information on the internet, all of my observations are documentable. I will provide just a link or two to prove the point. If anyone wants to see for themselves, all they will have to do is type in a few key words and do a search.

Millions of Native Americans were killed over a couple centuries and the survivors placed in detention centers called “indian reservations” by the early American “christians”.
Between 500,000 and 2,000,000 Philipinos were killed by the American as part of the Spanish/American war so that the sugar industry could be dominated by Corporate America of the day.
The beautiful California coastline was stolen from the Spanish, so that the American could harvest its lands and pollute its waters at a later date.
Hawaii was stolen from its Last Monarch in the late 1800’s by the white missionaries, who began to control the sugar cane industry.
The strip of land that the Panama Canal rests within was wrestled from the Columbians by the American so that they could merchandise the earth better.
In the 1950's the U.S. overthrew, then tried to assassinate the democratically elected President of Guatamalla because he nationalized the land, thus making it difficult for Americans to enslave the locals in the banana industry. It has been estimated that up to 100,000 people died in the violence that took place after the coup.
The war in Vietnam, with nearly a million civilians killed, was in part due to America’s need of tungsten steel, as well as an interest in oil.
Even the attack on Afghanistan was planned long before Mr. Bush allowed 9/11 to take place. The invasion of Afghanistan was an attempt to stabilize the country so that an oil pipeline could be built through the country to the Caspian Sea.
Only those who have no reasoning power believe that the invasion/occupation of Iraq had nothing to do with oil. Especially since over 38 of Mr. Bush’s highest ranking cabinet members were from the oil industry
I could list another 20 countries, where men, women and children were slaughtered for the sake of economic gain on the part of the American. The greater crime in all of this, is that the name of God, with His blessing of “democracy” is being invoked as a benefit to those who must now worship the American God.
The following is an excerpt from a speech given by a United States Marine Corps General. Mr. Butler coined the phrase “war is a racket” and described his observations of U.S. foreign policy.
War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses. . . .
There isn't a trick in the racketeering bag that the military gang is blind to. It has its "finger men" to point out enemies, its "muscle men" to destroy enemies, its "brain men" to plan war preparations, and a "Big Boss" Super-Nationalistic-Capitalism.
It may seem odd for me, a military man to adopt such a comparison. Truthfulness compels me to. I spent thirty- three years and four months in active military service as a member of this country's most agile military force, the Marine Corps. I served in all commissioned ranks from Second Lieutenant to Major-General. And during that period, I spent most of my time being a high class muscle- man for Big Business, for Wall Street and for the Bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism.
I suspected I was just part of a racket at the time. Now I am sure of it. Like all the members of the military profession, I never had a thought of my own until I left the service. My mental faculties remained in suspended animation while I obeyed the orders of higher-ups. This is typical with everyone in the military service.
I helped make Mexico, especially Tampico, safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefits of Wall Street. The record of racketeering is long. I helped purify Nicaragua for the international banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for American sugar interests in 1916. In China I helped to see to it that Standard Oil went its way unmolested.
During those years, I had, as the boys in the back room would say, a swell racket. Looking back on it, I feel that I could have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents.

With this in mind, picture myself and those who have the yielding Spirit of the meek and lowly Christ standing in heaven. We are sitting next to a beautiful tree, laden with the most exotic looking and tasting fruit.
Those who are used to justifying murdering others for their natural resources would be in a fit. They would be standing under a tree of luscious fruit, but could not help of thinking that the tree that I was near would be of some advantage to them, and would like nothing else but to eliminate me, as is their custom, and take the tree and its fruit, in order to do some profitable merchandising.
This is what heaven would look like under your proposed arrangement Jovaro. You see, the false christian world, which primarily involves America, but includes anyone who acts the same way, has a different spirit than I do. There is no true love in the modern christian.
Revelation chapters 17 and 18 describes America. But it also describes the whole world, except those who have died to themselves and live unto Christ
