Peace Scorpion,
Surprisingly enough ... i found this chunk of text on a website i just happened to be browsing ... i didn't intend to find this website, but i got led to by some links from a Search engine, i was searching for some totally different but this is what i found amazing...
"Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live" (John 11:25).
So whats so amazing about that statement? Jesus is the messiah and whoever believes that he is shall live coz Jesus will show us the right path to God if we follow him.
Those "Christians" who think of the Lord Jesus Christ as just a great man who never really claimed to be God need to confront His amazing statement to the scribes and Pharisees there in Jerusalem when they were berating Him in the temple. "Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day," He said. Then, when they questioned that assertion, He went on to insist that "Before Abraham was, I am" (John 8:56,5.
Where is the link to the website?
"Before Abraham was, I am"
So this statement according to u means Jesus is God??
When he says that he doesnt mean that literally all jesus is saying that he was the promised descendent of Abraham and since God already had planned the birth of Jesus from, the beginning of the world.
Now if ur gonna use the "I am" thing to prove Jesus is God then ur efforts would be futile, those claims hae been refuted many a time.
Do you truely beleive in Jesus as the Son of God and that he IS God? Before i answer any of your other questions can you answer this. Read John 8:56-58 ... It answers your question clearly. period.
Jesus was a Prophet and the Messiah, to some extent he is the Son of God, but as i said earlier not in the literal sense.
If you've not given your life to Jesus, and if your a Muslim, Now might be a good time to give your life to Jesus
I am a follower of Jesus, not a worshipper I only worship The Father(God Almighty)!
Peace
