TruthSeeker1:
Surprisingly enough ... i found this chunk of text on a website i just happened to be browsing ... i didn't intend to find this website, but i got led to by some links from a Search engine, i was searching for some totally different but this is what i found amazing...
"Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live" (John 11:25).
Those "Christians" who think of the Lord Jesus Christ as just a great man who never really claimed to be God need to confront His amazing statement to the scribes and Pharisees there in Jerusalem when they were berating Him in the temple. "Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day," He said. Then, when they questioned that assertion, He went on to insist that "Before Abraham was, I am" (John 8:56,58).
I dont beleive that i came across that peice of information just by mistake, i think Gods trying to talk to you, infact ... I've never read that scripture myself, i've only just recently started reading and studying the Bible thoroughly but i've not come across that scripture yet. So for one its surprising he starts off by saying "Those Christians" ... and here we have you saying that Jesus doesn't claim to be God?
Do you truely beleive in Jesus as the Son of God and that he IS God? Before i answer any of your other questions can you answer this. Read John 8:56-58 ... It answers your question clearly. period.
If you've not given your life to Jesus, and if your a Muslim, Now might be a good time to give your life to Jesus
