ArchivedCan you prove God spoke through any book other than Bible?Peace jolnar, No, the Quran contains many lies and fallacies. [61.6] And when Isa son of Marium said: O children of Israel! surely I am the apostle of Allah to you, verifying that which is before me of the Taurat and giving the good news of an Apostle who will come after me, his name being Ahmad, but when he came to them with clear arguments they said: This is clear magic. Jesus never once predicted another prophet or apostle, this surah lies. Jesus promised His apostles the Holy Spirit which came upon them at Pentecost. This is the same Holy Spirit in the Old Testiment. The Quran may sound sweet to the ears for some, but Satan's decieving voice is a sweet as honey, but deadly as mercury. It poisons the mind. Satan knows perfection, he was once an archangel, and he has vast scientific knowledge. Never underestimate his power to decieve. The Father has defeated Satan and death through His Son, Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for us. He didn't have to send Jesus to us to suffer and die, but He did so because He wanted to show His undying love for us. Now salvation is a gift freely given to those who accept is and wish to live a life according to Jesus's teachings for it. Islam seeks to undo what God has done, it is truly against God. Jesus is the greatest prophet who has ever walked this world, many times greater than Muhammed. He has given us the amazing and perfect message that cannot be improved upon. The Golden Rule, the Two Great Commandments, the Sermon on the Mount, and His many parables and techings are unmatched and perfect, God's Word. The Quran cannot possibly match the Bible for beauty and prose and substance. The Bible is the most widely acclaimed and sought after literary masterpiece that ths world has ever seen and ever will see. Here is a taste of the Bible's beauty and prose: Psalm 23 A Psalm by David The Lord Is My Shepherd The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever. How can the Quran possibly match this? |
