The verses where it says God is not a man is not referring to Jesus, but the sinful nature of everyone else. Jesus is an obvious exception. I thought you would understand this by now. Why do you keep bringing up the same verses when we are telling you Jesus is not the same as every other "son of man"? When you read the Bible in its context, it teaches you that Jesus is an exception to those verses you posted. If you are just going to take 1 verse and apply it to all of scripture, then when God tells Isreal in the Old Testament to go into nations and kill the men and the male children, am I then justified in that action if I go out and do the same? Therefore, Jesus is not the one to apply to those "God cannot be a man" scriptures. |
