This could be why you are having difficulty in comprehending it… Most Muslims never ever refer to the Classic mother-tongue Arabic of their book of faith. It appears that you are one of those individuals."

Thank you, for your reply. This is most likely true. Your translation is void of Spirit. It is only the "letter" of the word. You should pray to Allaah, The Wise, The All Knowing, to Guide you in the understanding of HIS, {All Praise, Glory and Honour Be To HIM}, Scripture. Your translation is leading its readers away, from the Essence / LIGHT, of the word. You seem to be the only one who understands what you have written. "Classic Arabic" may be referring to the arabic, spoken during the time of The Prophet Muhammad [PBUH]. There is a Qur'aan, by M.T. Hiali & M.M. Khan, which I would think uses the "Classic Arabic," and there may be others. Download a copy with a 'Qur'an Viewer' here: [www.DivineIslam.com]

Everyone seems to have an interpolation of 4:157, and your translation is no different in this respect as you believe that Jesus [PBUH] was actually killed / crucified. It is a difficult verse for many. But Allaah, The Incomparable, The Unconquerable, The Subtle, has shown me the LIGHT, and WISDOM, concerning this verse, and I have posted this TRUTH, in a post entitled "Messiah, Isa Son of Mariam [PBUT]," above. Allaah, The Glorious, The Majestic, The Sovereign, is not mocked. HE, All Glory Be To HIM, states clearly that Prophet Jesus, was neither Killed nor crucified. But, as I have recorded in my earlier post, one Rabbi Yeshua (jesus) Ben Pandera, was, killed and crucified. Your translation attempts to confuse the issue, by bringing darkened interpretations, concerning surah 86, and, your claiming that 4:158 annulled 4:157 of AL-Qur'aan.

"We have two other examples of the cancellation and/or correcting of prior scriptures just within Sura 4, as seen in 4.49 & 4.155…
Thus, it should come as no surprise, we can see for ourselves that 4.158 cancels what is said in 4.157 regarding the false claim that Jesus was not Crucified , and replaces this false claim with the corporeal Resurrection event as described in 4.158 & 4.159….
Furthermore, the authors of the Koran have provided Sura 86 which demonstrates beyond any reasonable doubt that Jesus was indeed Crucified, Resurrected and Judges the dead.
In short, the Koran confirms that Jesus is indeed God Almighty…"

I've aleady explained that 4:158 canceled nothing in AL-Qur'aan, nor does your 'two other examples' of cancellation!
Apple Pie, you must read more carefully. Look at verse 48, in surah 4. It is referring to you! And 5:17 and 5:75 both, declare that The Prophet, Messiah Jesus, is Not, Allaah, All Praise Is Due HIM, Alone.
