I guess the main question I would have regarding your answers would be how you explain them in the light of John 6:44 "No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day." In particular, your answers to 1 and 2 seem to say that anyone who wants to can chose to be saved, while the verse seems to say that only those who God draws to himself can be saved.
As it relates to question 7, John 3:16 does not nullify election. I agree that the sacrifice of Christ was for the whole world, but that doesn't mean that those who are non-elect can be saved. Again, John 6:44 makes it clear that unless you are drawn to God (IOW, elect), you will not be saved.
