First of all, in the event you brought up regarding the adulterous woman being brought unto Jesus, you forgot the last four words He, JESUS, said to her, "GO AND SIN NO MORE"
Thus, Jesus, my Lord and Savior, was telling the the woman to go her way and change her lifestyle (adultery). Now, we know that homosexuality IS INDEED a sin by the Word itself.
In Leviticus, in 19:13: "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with womankind, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall be put to death: their blood shall be upon them."
Okay, so you say, well, that's the Older Testament, what does that matter? It matters alot. For instance, Paul warns us about it in Romans Chapter 1:26-28:
"For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly and reeiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet."
So, knowing that Jesus ended that particular event with the woman that was brought to HIM by saying to go and sin no more (meaning end that lifestyle which is detastable and against nature; an abomination, and concerning what the old and new testaments say about that lifestyle (homosexuality) it is easty to put two and two together.
We are not being fascist by living by the Word. And there is plenty of evidence in scripture and in life in general. Man and Woman were made firstly to conceive and bear children; to replenish the earth. "Same sex" marriages do not fill that bill, for one. And, there are many exgays to tell you what I just said.
So go and sin no more,
In the name of the King, Jesus Christ
