Genesis 15:12-16
12 Now when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and behold, terror and great darkness fell upon him. 13 And God said to Abram, "Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, where they will be enslaved and oppressed four hundred years. 14 But I will also judge the nation whom they will serve; and afterward they will come out with many possessions. 15 And as for you, you shall go to your fathers in peace; you shall be buried at a good old age. 16 Then in the fourth generation they shall return here, for the iniquity of the Amorite is not yet complete." NAS
God gave those who lived in Canaan 400 years to clean up their act before He judged them.
I posted God's definition of murder and by ignoring that definition you have demonstrated you are not here to learn but to denigrate and judge what you do not understand and apparently have no desire to understand.
God created all that exists and has the right to execute by His chosen means those who disobey Him. As to the 400 women, you need to reread what you posted and start at Judges 19. This account deals with the Israelite tribe of Benjamin and how God judged the Benjamites for not giving up those members of their tribe who raped and murdered a Levites concubine after they were not allowed to sodomize the Levite. The answer to your questions is found within the whole account that starts with Judges 19 and ends with Judges 21. The 400 women were allowed to be kidnapped so the Benjamites could have wives so the tribe of Benjamin could be rebuilt. In other words these were arranged marriages and if you think the Benjamites simply raped these women you are calling your intellect and credibility into question.
The reasoning behind those Biblical accounts you find so atrocious are explained in the Bible. So if anyone is a hypocrite it is you since you are not seeking understanding of the Bible, you are judging how God judged those cultures that committed atrocities.
