Our backs are excellently designed for what we do. We can walk or sit or run for long periods of time. We can sit, stretch, bend, lift, and carry using our backs. Any animal which tried to all this with their backs would not be long for this world.
Most people who have bad backs where genetics are NOT involved qualify in one or more of the following
1. Overweight
2. Under-exercised
3. Poor eating habits.
Correct those three things and 99% of back problems disappear.
We have wonderful backs.
We also have enough intelligence to choose correctly. It is just that what is right is rarely the easiest or most comfortable way, and definitely rarely the most popular. But each of us still has choices. You are intelligent enough to make your choices, and you will be held accountable for them. I am the same.
