Listening to God is understanding His word. The Holy Spirit has given some men the gift of teaching and when you ignore those teachers you ignore the Holy Spirit. From your posts it would appear that you don't test the spirits you listen to.
I could really care less what you think of me since I am not on this earth to please men but to do the will of God. Your method of listening to God is to pull verses out of context and put your own personal interpretation on those select verses. You can't seem to make up your mind if you want to be free in Christ or subject to a Law that does not apply to those in Christ.
Romans 5:15-21
15 But the free gift is not like the transgression. For if by the transgression of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many. 16 And the gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned; for on the one hand the judgment arose from one transgression resulting in condemnation, but on the other hand the free gift arose from many transgressions resulting in justification. 17 For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. 18 So then as through one transgression there resulted condemnation to all men, even so through one act of righteousness there resulted justification of life to all men. 19 For as through the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One the many will be made righteous. 20 And the Law came in that the transgression might increase; but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more, 21 that, as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. NAS
You are treated in accordance with what you teach, and you teach concepts that come from cults not from God.
As to who my “you and yours” are they include Luther, the Wesley brothers, Knox, and the early reformers. There are times I must rely on men of God who know and understand Hebrew, Aramaic, Chaldean, and Koine Greek since the original Scriptures were not written in Elizabethan English. The King James Bible was an update of the Bishop’s Bible, which used the manuscripts controlled and compiled by the Roman Catholic Church. The modern translations use the best manuscripts discovered since the KJ was translated. Since English word meanings evolve over time to use the KJ as the definitive translation means you have to understand how words were used in 1611.
