Christian/Muslim ThreadsAre there elements of paganism in the religion of Islam?repeatedly kissing stones just because the prophet did it, without knowing what it divinity means... isn't exactly monotheism either... it's a gullible repitition. yes, but some people believe lies as well... nowhere can this be confirmed, there is no proof of any of such thing happening, you only have one unreliable source contradicting with the first source, yet you believe it. as far as i'm concerned the Kaaba could be build by Mickey Mouse... i have no proof for it, yet i believe it regardless of what you claim. it's lack of the kaabe being mentioned in the bible is an argument against it, in itself. How convenient don't you think? "oh people don't worry!!! you won't loose your rituals and ka'aba stone wich you love so dearly! see it's from the same God !! ain't that a relief !"
Well i am a christian, i expect nothing other then giving critique on islam from a christian perspective... just as you analyse christianity from a prejuiced and biased islamic approach. you don't hear me complaining about that 'cause i expect nothing less. Yes that's what you belief, you either need to proof by historical and/or archeological sources that wich is said by muhammed is true, or you need to proof Muhammed's prophethood -good luck with that- otherwise you are illogical and gullible. and that's not from a christian perspective only, but from any perspective for that matter. By proving Muhammed's prophethood i do mean from a judo-christian perspective. We worship ONE God just like you... doesn't matter if he expresses himself in three persons it's the same ONE God. And sacrifices are not pagan in nature, the jews sacrificed animals in the temple, and so do the muslims sacrifice goats for the rammadan... next to that Christians don't sacrifice any creature or human for the cause of God, everything has been payed in full allready by God himself. considering this... where are your arguments now? Well i hope you gain understanding of it... i can't even comprehend how your omniscient God got the trinity wrong: Allah believed the trinity consisted out of MARY, Jesus and the holy spirit.... your Muhammed was wrong on this, why not believe that he was wrong on defining trinity when he said the God's add up to three. muhammed clearly knew nothing of the christian teachings, probably only what exiled heretic sects told him. since when is this a competition in trying to convert the most people? i'm only here defending truth, i'm an apologetic. not a priest or a missionary. And I think these boards are used to discuss and to ask questions... please, i have read your threats as well, it's not like you don't provoke discussions. Well yes i have read books against and in favor of islam, i made personal commentaries on Ahmed Deedat's teachings, and discussed with other muslims in chat's, groups and e-mail discussions as well. and yes i have read critics on islam too. The more knowledge i get on islam, the easyer it gets to refute... so i welcome every source that presumly gives me more knowledge on islam. but yet no matter how much a person learns about Islam, a muslim will always tell you that you have not enough knowledge... well that was muhammed's excuse for not accepting him, 'they are without knowledge', "they're idiot's" nice insult. the argument of Jesus was "after all the miracles you've seen, you still doubt me?" at least he had an argument, and not an insult! So only a muslim has full knowledge of Islam, and when he is one, he is not allowed to question his prophet anymore. like any Mullah will tell you: every critique inbetween is christian propaganda against islam... yeah, we make it all up! that must be it! |
