Rejoicing and Praising Jesus Christ Forum!polonium haloHere`s an idea, to sell books to Christians, works with many other religions, psychological self-help books, and many other topics. -I want to write a book about the existence of God. -I want it to sell well, so I can donate some money to my church, and maybe buy a new house for myself. -I want it to look like I WIN -I don`t want to look like an idiot Who should I interview? -Only people I think I can beat in an arguement. -People with some sort of scientific background, so they look important. Who shouldn`t I interview? -The people who tore apart my last book. -people who raise too many questions I cannot answer. -Any scientists who can beat me, or make my arguements look stupid, or make me look stupid, by exposing any weak ideas or theories. What if an interview-ee made me look weak? Why edit him out of course! Sometimes an author needn`t even surpass his own intelligence level to reach his target audience. I would also never claim that books for non-believers are not sometimes written under this plan. It`s a different matter to read material that is arguementative, rather than simply speaking for itself. |
