I hope I do not offend you, for I do not know the entire story behind your statement, but I would like to add that we do need to glorify God, but we glorify Him in
many ways. By hating Satan is loving God...therefore we glorify Him. I cannot remember or find where it states in His Holy Word that we must hate satan and love Jesus and our Father God, but I can show you this quote from the Bible:
"No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other, or be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money." (NLT, Luke 16:13)
Since satan rather us love material rather than love God I found this appropriate.
