When I was in law school I learned the truth about Roe v. Wade. The subject was discussed in Constitutional Law. Our professor, who is also a judge, said that it was the worst decision that was ever made by the
Supreme Court because it was based on a lie. Before something goes to the USSC - the entire case must be based on sound facts. The judges must base their decision on what is presented BY COUNSEL. In this case - the facts of the case were fiction. Roe was not raped by a gang. She later recanted and admitted that the child was that of her boyfriend. She was not denied an abortion in Wade County Texas. She was told that she would have to PAY for the abortion. Harry Blackmun, who wrote the majority opinion - gathered his own information from Doctors at the Mayo Clinic - who had once been his clients while he was a lawyer. He presented this information to the court (It should have been presented by counsel and not by one of the justices). It was similar to a judge going out and investigating a case on his own. As you know - this does not happen normally.
Roe v Wade was based on a lie and as a result millions of unborn human lives have been lost.
