Isaiah 9:6. "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace
The word "God" is being used numerous times throughot the Bible to show someones special authority throughout the Old Testament. But as we can see for oursleves that the GOD of the Bible is One GOD; see these verses for yoursleves in Genesis 18:14, Exodus 5:2, 6:3, 15:3, 20:7, 34:6, Leviticus 19:2, Deuteronomy 4:24, 6:5, 10:17, Isaiah 2:6, 16:7, 17:47, Nehemiah 4:14, Psalm 3:8, and Jeremiah 10:10 Where they all talk about Jehovah God being the living One God and King.
John 16:27-30 "For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God. exerchomai out from the Father. "I came forth exerchomai from the Father. 29 His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb. Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God. , and have come into the world; I am leaving the world again, and going to the Father." His disciples *said, "Lo, now You are speaking plainly, and are not using a figure of speech.
"Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and have no need for anyone to question You; by this we believe that You came from exerchomai God."
The analysis of John 16:27-30 proves that the expression "proceeded forth" means being sent by God, not a creation point. Three times the Greek word exerchomai is being used in this text, two times by Jesus himself and once by his disciples. The disciples were having difficulty believing that Jesus was sent by the Father as a messenger of the Gospel. "I was created by the Father, and have come into the world; I am leaving the world again, and going to the Father. ... "Now we know that You know all things ... by this we believe that You were created by God." To imagine that the disciples were having a "faith problem" believing Jesus was a creature, is something even anti-Trinitarians could not maintain. If they failed to believe Jesus was a creature, they must have been under the false impression that Jesus was God.
