Vote on a pollWhat is power?Omega, I found this quite interesting and so I took it upon myself to do a little calculation and this is what I came up with: Assuming you meant to say 1400 miles high, 1400 miles long and 1400 miles wide, below is my findings: 1400 miles x 1400 miles x 1400 miles = 2,744,000,000 cubic miles. Since 5,280 feet equals 1 mile, I did the following: 2,744,000,000 cubic miles x 5,280 feet per mile = 14,488,320,000,000 cubic feet Now you say (guessing?) that there will be approximately 33,300,000,000 will be in heaven. (please note, that most scientist believe to date that only 40 billion people have existed so far.) Using your number, I came up with the following: 14,488,320,000,000 cubit feet / (devided by) 33,300,000,000 people = 435 cubit feet per person 435 cubit feet per person does not sound like much room. I would like to know where you got the number of people that will be in heavan...including angels? Regardless of the calculations I have given or what scientist says, I certainly don't want to be left out of this wonderful place. So by faith, I know I will not have anything to complain about nor will I be deprived of anything that the Lord has promised me. One more thing, my findings may not be accurate and so therefore do not take it as being the truth. In His Name, Eddie |
