The Left Hand Path obviously isn't for everyone. Growing up I began to question my faith and purpose. I was kind of lost and would seek refuge in xianity. Soon I began to notice that I was constantly condemning others and no matter how much I spwed about "sin" and spirituality, I was basically getting no where (which I still see today in countless others). Eventually, after seeing no better alternatives to xianity, I first found LaVeyan Satanism.
For those who are unfamiliar, LaVeyan Satanism: Perceiving Satan as a symbol, metaphor, and life principle. They kinda have a "Believe in Nothing, Dare Everything" attitude. Not to sound like too much of a rebellious teen, but this did alot for my character.
Later, I found Traditional Satanism, which made me question alot of things I currently believed and things I had used to believe in. It also encouraged me to study and learn about things I thought I would never understand. I won't get too specific, but since then, Satanism in general has done alot of positive for me as far as discovering the kind of person I wanted to be, what I value most, and the person I will become. Like I said the Left Hand Path isn't for everyone, but it's a path of my own choosing and one that works for me.
